Sustainability begins with design. Scientific sleep research from our partnership with the Restonic Ezintsha Sleep Clinic guides the development of innovative sleep solutions.

We focus on reducing waste at every stage, from sourcing materials to final production. Our products are designed with longevity in mind and incorporate recyclable materials wherever possible, ensuring less ends up in landfill.

Our manufacturing processes continually evolve to minimise environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of durability and quality. By investing in advanced technology, more intelligent systems and ethical practices, we’re reducing our footprint while ensuring products that last.
- 100% of our high-density foam for furniture, agricultural and industrial use is locally manufactured
- 90% of fabric and bedding components are locally produced, significantly reducing imports
- R110 million invested in equipment for recycled raw material utilisation
